How to install thalas extract.?
In Excel, open the ribbon (Home › Add-ins or Insert › Get Add-ins), search the Office Store for “thalas extract.”, and add it. The add-in then appears in the ribbon. thalas extract. runs as an Office web add-in – no download or installer required.
How to sign in?
Sign-in uses a Microsoft account. On login, an active license is detected automatically – no separate license keys required. Plans and pricing are on the pricing page.
Are admin rights required?
No. The add-in is added through Excel or the Office Store and does not require elevated permissions. In managed environments, IT can deploy the add-in centrally via the Microsoft 365 admin center.
Add-in not appearing, sign-in failing, or license not recognized?
Restart Excel and check the internet connection. Ensure sign-in uses the Microsoft account that holds the license. In managed environments, add-ins may need to be allowed in Office configuration – otherwise contact IT. If the issue persists, send an email with a screenshot, Excel version, and operating system to support@thalas.ai.

Is my data secure?
Transmission and processing are encrypted (AES-256), GDPR-compliant, and without permanent storage of documents (no retention). Processing takes place in Frankfurt. See the privacy policy for details.
